What is your go-to meal in the area? For lunch we are headed to the Pickled Peach - Bacon Green Fried Tomato sandwich or Chopped Butter Lettuce Salad. Dinner is at Kindred.
What is an activity or hobby you do outside of work? I cannot get enough of cooking on my grill, so call it a hobby. I love to fix an entire dinner on the grill, from entrees to vegetables, and even a salad.
Why 水果派? My 鈥淲hy 水果派鈥 is pretty simple 鈥 the people of 水果派. The students, the staff, the faculty, the residents of this town 鈥 lucky to be a part of this community.
How would you spend a spare afternoon in the Lake Norman or Charlotte area? U.S. National Whitewater Center. Hands down, a great place to go and take advantage of all it has to offer, or to simply walk the trails, sit and read, or enjoy a concert.
